How long does it take to process an order?
An order is processed within 20–180 minutes after funds are received in our wallet.
My order has the status "Under review"?
This is not a critical issue. This status is set in the following situations: — Did you not receive a wallet for payment? Our semi-automatic system may not issue wallets for this amount due to high load. Try a different amount or try again in 15 minutes. — You sent a smaller amount than specified in the order and the system did not recognize your payment. The amount received was less than specified in the order.
Funds are fixed at the moment they are credited to the exchange. During network confirmation, the rate may change, and therefore the amount to be received. Thus, the order amount may increase, decrease, or remain unchanged. That is why we have a note on the monitoring site stating that "the exchange service does not fix the exchange rate at the time the order is created."
